Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, monitoring schedules, and ensuring service levels are met. The role includes managing communication with internal teams and external partners, resolving operational issues, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. The Operations Manager will analyze workflow and performance data to recommend improvements in processes and resource utilization. This position also involves supporting compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, while promoting consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications

  • Strong operations and logistics management skills, including coordination, planning, and process optimization.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and systems used for logistics, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on customer service and service quality.
  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations management is preferred.
  • Relevant education such as a degree or coursework in business, supply chain management, or a related field is beneficial.
