For our client, a leading global technology company in the semiconductor industry, we are looking for a Operational Logistic Specialist (m/f/d) in Böblingen.
Your tasks:
- Coordinating with transportation and warehousing suppliers.
- Managing processing details related to transportation and warehousing.
- Conducting regular inventory counts and implementing control procedures.
- Supervising the planning and coordination of outbound shipments.
- Performing financial accruals and verifying supplier invoices
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Industrial Engineering / Business Administration or Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung with professional experience (Please note that applicants with higher academic qualifications (e.g. Master's or PhD) will not be considered).
- 2-3 years of experience in operational logistics /material planning in a production or trading company especially in goods receiving/Warehousing/shipping
- Familiar with ERP Software solutions e.g.SAP/Oracle/Navision
Softskill – must have:
• Systematical working style
• Team-player, experienced in working in cross functional international teams
• Good written and oral communication skills in English and German (min B2)
• Persistent
• Self-motivated
• Self-organized
preferred:
• Professional experience in logistics in the high-tech/automotive/mechanical engineering industry
