Tetrix Transport is operated by a group of logistics professionals with many years of experience in U.S. trucking and freight management.
In this role, you will be responsible for researching and contacting potential shippers, introducing our services, and onboarding new customers into our system. After onboarding, you will serve as the primary point of contact, managing daily communication, providing pricing, coordinating needs with our operations team, and ensuring accounts remain satisfied and active.
The carrier coverage and load booking side is handled by dedicated teams, allowing you to focus strictly on bringing in new shippers and developing long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential U.S.-based shippers
- Contact prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn and business platforms
- Develop relationships and secure first shipments
- Onboard shippers and maintain regular communication
- Respond to customer needs, including quoting, updates and issue escalation
- Track customer satisfaction and grow account volume over time
- Collaborate with the operations team for load coverage and execution
- Maintain records, follow internal procedures and use required tools
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions
Skills and Qualifications
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English (B2-C1, verbal and written)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making frequent outbound calls
- Discipline, persistence, and goal orientation
- Willingness to grow skills in U.S. freight brokerage
Preferred :
- Experience in dispatching, logistics, brokerage or B2B sales
Compensation
- Fixed Salary + 25% commission from profit generated by all accounts you bring
- Paid monthly
- Earnings depend on customer volume and retention
