We’re a Hong Kong-based shipping company operating a fleet of container vessels, and we’re currently looking for a Post-Fixture Operations Specialist to join our team.
Job Accountabilities
• Manage key customer and stakeholder relationships by becoming the one stop entry point for all communication with Charterer for post fixture matters.
• Accountable for monitoring all expenditure raised for charter hire, i.e.: Cost of owner (owner expenses, bunker consumption claim, off hire claim, and speed claim).
• Accountable for monitoring all expenditure raised for charter hire, i.e.: Monitor charter hire settlement process to ensure the payment is conducted properly and timely based on contract.
• Implement and propose the integration of internal processes with current systems by reviewing and developing (where required) the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and ensure that the SOP is followed in the daily operation.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the shipping industry.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Hong Kong Permanent Resident / Hong Kong citizen preferred.
