Warehouse Associate
Full-Time | In-Person | 40 Hours A Week | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Major Roles:
· Process shipments accurately
· Execute logoed orders
· Load and unload trucks
· Put received product in designated areas
· Clean and organize the warehouse
Additional Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently pick, pull, and ship orders using hand-held devices, portable printers, ERP system, UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager
Help locate tracking, shipments, freight amount, quantity, inventory, etc. when needed
Consolidate shipments to ensure the lowest possible freight cost, unless instructed to do otherwise
Ensure all outbound shipments appear presentable and professional
Confirm orders and add freight costs as needed
Prepare and palletize truck shipments
Create BOLs for truck shipments
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday
Process in-house engraving orders – laser engraving experience preferred
Maintain a clean working environment
Organize and clean the pallets of boxes to make inventory and ordering easier
Assist with quarterly inventory counts
Monitor warehouse security
Receive purchase orders into ERP system
Assist with RAs as needed
Support general warehouse upkeep and facility-related tasks as needed
Work as a part of our highly collaborative team to accomplish corporate goals

Assist with various business-related activities as needed
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Assist and report to Warehouse Manager
