About the Role
As an Operations Specialist in Sea Freight Export, you will own the full shipment lifecycle — from booking through to invoicing — ensuring every export moves smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You will be a key point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships while leveraging our proprietary digital platform to deliver a best-in-class experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end export shipments from booking to invoicing, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
- Advise and support clients across the full logistics process, acting as a trusted partner at every stage.
- Coordinate with carriers, customs authorities, and key partners to keep shipments on track.
- Prepare and document accurate manual quotations, ensuring competitive and transparent pricing.
- Continuously improve customer process quality by leveraging data analysis and our digital platform.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges before they impact the customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Solid hands-on experience in Sea Freight Export operations — FCL experience is a strong plus.
- A data-driven, highly organised approach — you love a clean, efficient process.
- Business fluent German and good English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-first mindset.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude — you don't wait for problems to come to you.
