We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations within the contracting and industrial sector in Riyadh, KSA.

The role is responsible for managing procurement, logistics, and full stores/warehouse operations to ensure continuous material availability, cost efficiency, and alignment with project and operational requirements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting project execution, production continuity, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

  • Lead and manage all procurement activities including sourcing, supplier evaluation, RFQs, quotation analysis, and purchase order processing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors within the contracting and industrial market.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms in line with company policies and project budgets.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for projects and operations.
  • Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery timelines, compliance, and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Finance for budget control, approvals, and payment processing.
  • Ensure full documentation and compliance of all procurement activities.

Stores & Warehousing Management

  • Take full responsibility for all stores and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials and equipment.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control, stock accuracy, and real-time visibility of materials.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to support ongoing projects and operations without delays.
  • Oversee proper storage, labeling, handling, and organization of all materials in line with industrial standards.
  • Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and investigations of discrepancies.
  • Implement strong store control systems to prevent losses, misuse, or shortages.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards across all storage facilities.

Logistics & Transportation

  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics for project sites and operational locations.
  • Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.
  • Monitor deliveries, shipping documentation, and proof of delivery processes.
  • Resolve logistics issues including delays, damages, and shortages.
  • Support import/export operations, customs clearance, and related documentation when required.

Supply Chain Planning & Coordination

  • Collaborate with Projects, Engineering, Production, and Operations teams to align material requirements with project schedules.
  • Monitor material availability and proactively address shortages impacting timelines.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between procurement, warehouse, and logistics functions.
  • Support project planning with accurate supply chain forecasting and reporting.

Systems & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in ERP and supply chain systems.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement status, inventory levels, logistics performance, and costs.
  • Identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to process optimization and operational efficiency improvements.

Compliance, Controls & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
  • Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across all supply chain activities.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal and external audits.
  • Ensure ethical sourcing and supplier compliance standards.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and develop procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to improve efficiency.
  • Promote discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Strong experience in contracting, construction, or industrial environments is highly preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing supply chain teams.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain tools.
  • Arabic speaker is a must.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
