Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with vendors and customers on purchase Orders
- Order processing, invoicing and delivery arrangements
- Assist in the daily logistical related issues
- Manage and coordinate shipments
- Manage order documentation processing and control item-wise inventory allocation
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, manage freight account
- Preparation of shipment documentation including shipment instructions, certificates, LC documentation etc.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)
- Possess bachelor’s degree
- Preferably with 2 to 3 years relevant experience
- Experience with SAP system will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
