This role requires close collaboration with the Director of Flight Operations to strengthen safety protocols and guide the integration of modern aircraft. You will actively contribute to a safety management system while optimizing operational manuals. Your skills in risk management will be essential in fostering a proactive safety culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Elevate safety with active involvement in the SMS
• Drive development of effective training programs
• Collaborate with management on optimizing operational practices
• Lead integration of ATR 72 and respond to regulatory needs
• Serve as a key resource for flight crews
Requirements:
• Pilot-in-Command experience on ATR 72 or Q400
• Background in training and policy development
• Excellent knowledge of aviation industry standards
• Strong bilingual communication skills
• College diploma or equivalent
