For our partner, a leader in the relocation industry, we are looking for:
Logistics & Move Coordinator
Responsibilities and duties:
- Managing full cycle projects related to domestic and international relocations from initial request to completion;
- Maintaining daily communication with clients, foreign partners, and suppliers;
- Preparing quotes and solutions tailored to each client's specific needs;
- Handling all documentation related to the relocation process;
- Overseeing service quality, deadline compliance, and financial performance;
- Proactively seeking and attracting new clients.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines;
- Willingness to grow within the Freight Forwarding and Logistics field;
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
- A responsible and diligent approach to assigned tasks;
- Knowledge of French will be considered an advantage.
