Job Description
- Lead and develop the Overseas team, including recruitment, coaching, performance management and career development.
- Manage overseas agent operations and ensure service quality, SOP compliance and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents and customers.
- Develop new business opportunities and retain & grow existing agents/customers.
- Support Sales in pricing, routing solutions, customer proposals and closing key business opportunities.
- Manage department KPIs, business targets and budget.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations and overseas partners to ensure smooth implementation and transition of new business.
- Monitor agent performance and drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Import-Export, Logistics, Maritime or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding, preferably with US-UK or China markets.
- Proven experience in Sales/Business Development and Overseas Agent Management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good problem-solving, organizational and delegation skills.
- Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure and meet KPI targets.
- English IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent; Chinese is an advantage.
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
