Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process import customs declarations accurately and in compliance with Thai Customs regulations.
- Handle import entries under various tax privilege schemes, including FTA (Form E, Form D, etc.) checking, BOI, Free Zone, Excise Tax privileges and etc.
- Ensure timely customs clearance while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support for urgent shipments by working on standby after office hours, weekends, or night shifts when required.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and customers.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in import customs operations, preferably within the apparel, automotive, or electronics industry.
- Hands-on experience preparing import entries under tax privilege programs such as FTA (Form E, Form D, etc.), BOI, and Excise Tax.
- Experience processing import permits through TISI NSW, FDA and other regulatory systems.
- Strong knowledge of Thai Customs regulations and customs clearance procedures.
- Experience coordinating with government agencies, including Customs, FDA, DOA, DFT, and other relevant authorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on-call, weekends, or night shifts when business requires.
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
