About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Logistics Operations Supervisor to support our daily logistics and operational processes.
This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities. You will focus on project coordination,, and hands-on operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics operations between production, warehouse, and external partners
- Support order follow-up, shipment tracking, and documentation (customs, invoices, delivery notes)
- Be the on-site point of contact for operational issues, ensuring smooth material and information flow
- Assist in project coordination between the German plant and Chinese headquarters or suppliers
- Maintain and update operational records, ERP entries, and logistics reports
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and local regulations
- Support the production team with daily administrative and coordination tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Language skills:
- Chinese (Mandarin) – MUST (fluent in reading, writing, speaking)
- German – fluent (daily work and local communication)
- English – good (internal reporting and documentation)
Experience & background:
- 1–3 years in logistics, operations coordination, supply chain, or project support
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or battery industry is a plus
- Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
Personal attributes:
- Highly responsible, structured, and execution-oriented
- Able to work on-site daily in Arnstadt
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with routine and process-driven work
