Yard Associate / Loader Operator — $23–$26/hr | Year-Round Full-Time (No Seasonal Layoffs)

Guaranteed 40 hours every week, all year. No winter layoffs, no seasonal cuts. During peak season you’ll pick up weekly overtime; in the winter months you’ll work a shorter 4.5-day week while still getting your full 40 hours. Typical annual earnings: $50,000–$57,000. Plus a guaranteed weekday off every week — run errands, hit appointments, and skip the weekend crowds.
Georgia Landscape Supply is a family-owned landscape materials yard that has served Metro Atlanta for over 23 years. We sell stone, gravel, retaining wall block, mulch, and soil to homeowners and contractors, and our yard crew is the heart of the operation.
What you’ll do:
- Operate skid steers and loaders to load customer vehicles and delivery trucks (we provide full training on our equipment)
- Load and unload incoming freight
- Build bulk bags and prep rock products
- Keep the yard safe, clean, and organized
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable, on time, every day — this matters to us more than anything on a resume
- Able to communicate in English with customers and coworkers — English as a second language is completely fine
- Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs (team lifts available for heavier items)
- Skid steer or loader experience is a plus — but if you’re dependable and want to learn, we will train you
- Saturday is a regular workday for our whole crew — your day off falls during the week
Pay & benefits:
- $23–$26/hour based on experience, with time-and-a-half for overtime during peak season
- Performance review and raise eligibility at 90 days

Schedule: March–October: 5 days/week, 8.5 hours/day (7 AM–4 PM), Saturdays included, with a set weekday off. November–February: 4.5 days/week at a full 40 hours, Saturdays included.
