As our Warehouse Operations Manager, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage stock, coordinate order fulfillment, and ensure smooth logistics for our international clients.
We’re looking for someone hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Role Description
This is an on-site role based in the Antwerp Metropolitan Area for a Warehouse Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory control, and ensuring effective warehouse management. Key responsibilities include supervising operational staff, maintaining efficient workflows, and collaborating with other departments to meet customer service and performance standards. The Warehouse Operations Manager will also be responsible for implementing best practices to optimize processes and support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Experience in Operations Management and overseeing efficient warehouse workflows
- Proficiency in Inventory Control and Warehouse Management systems
- Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in warehouse settings
- Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for inventory and operations management
