Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Freight Broker role located in Sarajevo. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage operations, coordinating with clients, negotiating rates, scheduling shipments, and optimizing transportation processes. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with carriers and customers, ensuring timely communication, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will oversee account management and assist with dispatching activities to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations preferred, but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Customer Service and/or Dispatching
- Ability to manage client relations and perform Account Management tasks
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with transportation and logistics industry practices is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and carriers
