About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and reliable Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee daily order execution and ensure every shipment leaves our facility accurately and on time. This role sits at the center of our operations—coordinating orders, supporting warehouse execution, and maintaining the flow of products from order receipt through shipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review incoming orders for accuracy and completeness
- Dispatch daily orders to warehouse team members for fulfillment
- Coordinate workflow to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time
- Verify completed orders for accuracy before shipment
- Process orders within the company’s cloud-based MRP system
- Label shipments appropriately for carriers (UPS, freight, etc.)
- Stage completed orders for carrier pickup
- Maintain real-time communication with warehouse staff on order status and priorities
- Support inventory receiving, organization, and cycle counts
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement in fulfillment operations
- Troubleshoot issues quickly to prevent delays or errors
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse coordination, or operations
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy
- Comfortable working with technology, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Teams
- Experience with MRP, ERP, or inventory management systems preferred
- Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, or freight shipping processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Background or exposure to Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement is a plus
- Ability to lift at least 15 pounds and work on your feet in a warehouse setting
