QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of warehouse management experience
Must have background in food / perishable commodities, FIFO environment
Experience setting up KPI’s, motivating staff to achieve results
Strong analytical skills, including advanced spreadsheet analysis using MS Excel.
Must have exceptional leadership skills, ability to influence in a unionized environment
Preference for post-secondary education, specifically CCLP (CITT program) completion.
SALARY RANGE: $90,000 – $100,000, excellent benefits.
