Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our supply chain operations team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse distribution processes, ensuring smooth inventory management, efficient shipping and receiving, and seamless coordination across multiple departments. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory control, stocking, shipping & receiving, and materials handling to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate repack operations, providing report and tags for repacked product
- Manage warehouse distribution activities by coordinating transportation planning, and 3PL (third-party logistics) providers to optimize delivery timelines.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms such as iSolve Produce, and transportation management systems (TMS) to track shipments, analyze data, and improve processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions or inventory discrepancies to implement corrective actions that enhance operational performance.
- Collaborate with procurement teams on sourcing strategies, category management, and vendor management to secure cost-effective supplies.
- Support demand planning and production scheduling by analyzing sales data with tools like Excel data analysis for accurate forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards during import/export activities.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflow efficiencies using analysis skills and supply chain analytics.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping & receiving logs, inventory levels, procurement transactions, and freight documentation.
- Practice cross-functional communication with logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management with a strong understanding of inventory management systems (e.g., Warehouse Management System, ERP systems).
- Demonstrated expertise in materials handling, shipping logistics.
- Proficiency in data collection tools such as iSolve Produce, Excel (including spreadsheets and data analysis) or other analytics platforms for reporting insights.
- Familiarity with procurement processes including sourcing, vendor management, and category management.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance standards is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus.
- Strong analysis skills with experience using root cause analysis techniques to resolve supply chain issues.
- Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced environment.
- Practicing in a supply chain operations role or related field is highly desirable.
