MADI International is looking for "Warehouse Coordinator" who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
This role involves coordinating the movement of products, managing inventory, and ensuring all warehouse activities comply with company policies and safety standards. The Warehouse Operator will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
1- Inventory Management
▪ Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of products.
▪ Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring correct labeling and proper storage.
▪ Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
▪ Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams on stock availability and order requirements.
2- Order Fulfillment
▪ Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
▪ Coordinate with shipping carriers and customers to confirm delivery schedules.
▪ Manage returns, damaged goods, and order discrepancies, maintaining related records and invoices.
3- Warehouse Operations
▪ Coordinate daily activities of 3PL warehouse staff, including document verification and performance
monitoring of workers and drivers.
▪ Oversee loading and unloading activities and ensure proper handling of goods.
4- Vendor & 3PL Coordination
▪ Coordinate with freight companies and third-party logistics providers (3PL) on rates, contracts, and service levels.
▪ Follow up on shipment delays, damages, or service issues and ensure timely resolution.
▪ Support logistics process improvements and coordinate regulatory-related activities as required.
5- Documentation & Reporting
▪ Maintain accurate records of orders, receipts, deliveries, and invoices.
▪ Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations, including customs clearance
requirements.
▪ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory levels, shipping schedules,
warehouse performance, and labor efficiency.
▪ Communicate operational issues and improvement opportunities to management.
Requirements
▪ 3–5 years in warehouse coordination, logistics, or inventory control.
▪ Experience working with 3PL providers and freight companies.
▪ Knowledge of warehouse processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
▪ Proficiency in inventory systems, ERP, or WMS platforms.
