We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor at our facility located in Epping!
This role is a Warehouse Operations Manager/Supervisor position responsible for overseeing daily warehouse functions (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control) while ensuring SLA and SOP compliance; leading, training, and evaluating warehouse staff; maintaining inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts; upholding safety and OSHA compliance; using WMS/RF systems for tracking and reporting; and driving continuous improvement in processes, efficiency, and cost control.
Ideal Candidate will have:
- 2–5 years of warehouse or distribution experience, preferably in a 3PL environment
- 1–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control
- Experience with WMS and RF scanning systems
- Forklift Licence (reach fork and counter balance experience ideal)
- MS Office
