We are seeking a diligent and skilled Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in the Vernon Hills, IL area.
What will you be responsible for as a Warehouse Coordinator on a daily basis?
- Accurate, timely, and safe handling of incoming and outgoing inventory for Returns, B-Stock, Liquidation, Customer-Owned-Inventory (COI), Life Cycle Management (LMC), Buy & Hold (B&H), and providing administrative support for Shipping.
- Work with TSM, Sales and Shipping when changing freight options on orders to meet customer and operational needs. Inspect and test hardware for cosmetic and functional defects.
- Process all daily inventory and forward to designated areas: restock, vendor returns, B-Stock, installs, and customer refusals.
- Match specifications to the appropriate part and model numbers for desktops, laptops, servers and related peripheral devices to AS400 and SPS platform.
Who qualifies for the Warehouse Coordinator roles?
- Must be able to perform 8 or more hours of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying products in combination at any given time.
- Must be comfortable rotate to other job functions in the warehouse, including cross-department functions, for training and operational purposes.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
What hours will the Warehouse Coordinator work?
- 1st shift
- The hours are Mon–Fri 8 AM to 4:30 pm.
- Must be able to work OT.
How much will you earn as a Warehouse Coordinator?
- Pay $19/hr.
