Compensation and Bonuses:
- Earn $85,000 – $130,000 per year
- $0.55 CPM starting pay
- Average 3,000 miles per week
- Paid every Friday

Freight, Equipment, and Routes:
- 98% no-touch freight
- Majority drop-and-hook loads
- Pre-planned routes
- Trucks governed up to 75 MPH
- Late-model equipment
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL A)
- At least 1 year of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) driving experience
- Currently eligible to operate a commercial motor vehicle under DOT/FMCSA regulations and company policy
- No recordable accidents or major moving violations (as defined by 49 CFR 383.5) within the last 3 years
- Must live within 100 miles of an AFW distribution center
