What You’ll Do
- Operate forklifts daily to load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
- Move freight and materials throughout the warehouse, staging and organizing inventory as needed
- Wrap pallets and prepare shipments for outbound delivery
- Assist with cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Erect boxes and prepare packaging as necessary to support production and kitting lines
- Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment, adhering to company and OSHA safety standards
- Support general order execution and kitting when required
- Assist with special projects and process improvements as directed by leadership
Requirements
- At least 1 year of forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse labor as needed
- Reliability and accountability—must consistently meet deadlines and follow procedures
