Key Responsibilities
- Renew ORCR for second-hand vehicles before the expiration date.
- Apply for new ORCR for new trucks in real-time.
- Create stickers for new delivery vehicles and replace damaged plate stickers as needed.
- Update truck delivery dates in real-time.
- Manage and update monthly toll fees and print toll fee invoices.
- Oversee insurance expense amortization in real-time.
- Process PA&PCP applications upon receipt of the plate number.
- Monitor insurance claims in coordination with designated personnel.
- Oversee GPS service monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, including vehicle licensing, insurance, and safety inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, servicing, and repairs.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including service providers, insurance companies, and leasing agencies.
- Provide reports and recommendations to management on fleet performance and cost-saving strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in logistics, trucking, or freight claims management preferred.
- Knowledge of freight transportation regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
