We are looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in Truck Mate Application (Trimble Truck Mate) to support migration, application support, and development initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Truck Mate, preferably after its acquisition by Trimble, and possess strong domain knowledge in transportation, logistics, and fleet management systems.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Support Truck Mate migration and upgrade projects
✅ Provide L2/L3 application support and incident resolution
✅ Perform application enhancements and custom development
✅ Troubleshoot functional and technical issues within Truck Mate
✅ Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement solutions
✅ Ensure system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency
✅ Support integrations with external logistics and transportation systems
🔹 Required Skills
✔️ Strong hands-on experience with Truck Mate application
✔️ Experience in migration, support, and development
✔️ Good understanding of transportation / logistics workflows
✔️ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
✔️ Experience with database queries, reporting, and system integrations
✔️ Ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders
⭐ Good to Have
- Experience with Trimble transportation products
- Knowledge of EDI/API integrations
- Exposure to freight, dispatch, billing, and fleet operations
📌 Preferred Background
Candidates with prior experience in:
- Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Freight / Logistics Operations
