Role Description
The Transportation Operations Manager Trainee will receive comprehensive training in transportation operations, gaining hands-on experience in day-to-day activities such as managing transportation logistics, providing exceptional customer service support, and ensuring operational efficiency. The position involves coordinating transportation schedules, monitoring vehicle performance, and working closely with drivers and office staff to uphold on-time delivery standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Springdale, AR.
Qualifications
- Experience or interest in Transportation Operations and Transportation Management
- Understanding of Operations Management and Supply Chain Management practices
- Strong skills in providing exceptional Customer Service in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to a dynamic, hands-on work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
