Job Description: Join Gregory Distribution as a Transport Supervisor, supporting our busy Milk Operation based in Cullompton. In this role, you will provide hands-on leadership and supervision of day-to-day transport operations, with a strong focus on compliance and operational excellence. You will also offer wider operational support across the Cullompton site as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all vehicles and drivers under your supervision are effectively routed to maximise utilisation, consistently meeting customer and GDL service requirements while maintaining control of associated costs.
- Ensure all tankers operating from Cullompton are presented in a clean, safe, and professional condition at all times.
- Enforce adherence to the company uniform policy, ensuring appropriate PPE is issued, available, and reordered as required.
