Shanin Group is looking for Manager/ Deputy Manager (Custom & Bond)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Handle overall Customs, Bond, DEDO operations related to import, export, and bonded warehouse activities.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain all commercial, customs, and bond-related documents as per regulatory requirements.
- Manage import–export documentation, including PI, LC, Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Entry (BOE), EXP, BL/AWB, and other shipping documents.
- Coordinate with Customs Authority, Bond Commissionerate, C&F Agents, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, Banks and Related stakeholders.
- Follow up customs clearance activities to ensure timely release of impetrated and exported goods.
- Handle bond license, UD/UP, Bond utilization and related bond formalities.
- • Maintain and update Commercial register, Bond registers, and relevant operational records.
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Customs Bangladesh Customs Rules, Bond Regulations, Import Policy Order, Export Policy, and other statutory requirements.
- Review and monitor HS Code classification, duty, VAT, tax, and customs assessment matters.
- Support customs audit, bond audit, and regulatory inspection by preparing necessary documents and information.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Commercial, Supply Chain, Production, Accounts, Store, and Management for smooth business operations.
- Prepare periodic commercial, customs, and bond reports for management review.
- Work proactively to minimize operational delays, compliance risks, and customs/bond-related issues.
Job Location: Corporate Head Office (Dhaka).
Educational Requirements
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Bachelor degree in any discipline

- 5 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments,Textile
Additional Requirements
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments and Textile Industries.
- Having Experience in Commercial, Customs, Bond and DEDO operations within Garments and Textile Manufacturing Industry.
- Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Customs, Bonded Warehouse Procedures, Import–Export Processes, and Commercial Documentation.
- Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and documentation management skills.
- Practical knowledge of Commercial Software will be preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple regulatory and operational activities effectively.
