Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Transport Manager to lead transport and mobility operations across multiple projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable transportation services while optimizing fleet performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily transport operations across multiple locations.
Manage fleet operations, including company vehicles, shuttle buses, and golf carts.
Plan and optimize transport routes, schedules, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Lead and supervise drivers and transport teams.
Monitor fleet performance, maintenance, and operational costs.
Drive continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Transport Operations, Fleet Management, Logistics, or Mobility Services.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience managing multi-site transport operations is preferred.
Strong knowledge of fleet management systems, GPS tracking, and transport compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
