Job Responsibilities

⋅Organized full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) freight transportation.

⋅Communicated with customers and drivers via phone and email.

⋅Monitored and coordinated daily transportation operations.

⋅Planned and supervised drivers’ working schedules and driving hours.

⋅Received, processed, and assigned transport orders.

⋅Resolved operational issues and ensured smooth delivery processes.

⋅Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Requirements

⋅Previous experience in the transport and logistics industry.

⋅Proficiency in German and English; Russian is considered an advantage.

⋅Good computer skills.

⋅Good knowledge of the German road network.

⋅Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.

⋅Ability to work independently and make decisions.

⋅Responsible, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Salary

€1,800–€2,300 net per month
