Join us! To strengthen our dynamic technology area in iSi Automotive Hungary Kft., located in Szombathely, we are looking for an engaged and proactive employee.
Tasks:
- Creation of Shipping Documents and dangerous goods handling
- Tracking and optimization of transport processes
- Providing data for logistics cost calculations (Transport costs, costs of external storage, etc.)
- Tracking and Tracing of shipments in transit
- Supporting Packaging Development (Logistics Project Management) regarding conformity of dangerous goods regulations for packaging
- Supporting the operational processing of customs clearance (customs brokers, customs authorities, etc.)
- Invoice verification on all transports
- Total cost tracking according to global transport costs tracking file.
Requirements:
- Excellent skills in English on a business level, both spoken and in writing – additional skills in German advantageous.
- Experience in Transport Management
- Independent, well-structured, and solution-oriented working method
- Individual responsibility, communication, intercultural skills, and capacity for teamwork
- Completed professional education with a focus on logistics/transport management.
- Good user-level knowledge of SAP modules MM/SD/VIM
