Cana Consulting is partnering with a leading oil & gas player, in search of a Compliance Manager, at a Senior level.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and enhance the compliance program to address regulatory risks.
Monitor compliance activities and report on status and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement the compliance program.
Maintain and update compliance process documentation.
Provide regulatory guidance on business activities and evaluate regulatory outputs.
Manage staff training and promote a strong compliance culture.
Generate regular and ad-hoc compliance reports.
Conduct internal investigations and produce reports.
Lead a team within the compliance function.
Requirements:
Experienced in compliance and risk analysis, including familiarity with international sanctions, anti-bribery, data privacy, and anti-money laundering.
Experience in oil and gas or trading compliance, including knowledge of global oil trade and industry regulations.
Expertise in trading issues and resolution.
