About Embrava
Embrava is a workplace technology company building hardware and software that helps people work better together. Best known for our Blynclight and Desk/Room Sign products, we serve customers across the globe from our offices in the US, UK, and Australia. As we scale, we’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to strengthen and streamline the operations that get our products into customers’ hands.
The Role
We’re seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own and optimize our end-to-end supply chain — production, inventory, and logistics. You’ll serve as the critical link between our sales team and our manufacturing and warehouse operations, keeping both sides aligned as demand grows. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building scalable processes and communicating effectively across a growing hardware business.
What You’ll Do
- Manage relationships with manufacturing partners, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers across multiple regions
- Oversee demand planning and forecasting to balance inventory levels against sales projections and lead times
- Optimize procurement processes, negotiate supplier contracts, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including international shipping, customs, and freight management, while monitoring inventory across warehouses and fulfillment centers to minimize stockouts and excess
- Serve as the main point of coordination between sales and logistics, helping sales understand warehouse capacity while helping the warehouse team plan around real demand
- Bring a well-rounded understanding of production, inventory, and logistics to assess situations critically and solve problems across the supply chain
- Track and report on key supply chain metrics such as on-time delivery, cost per unit, and inventory turnover
- Partner with finance on landed cost analysis and budgeting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing, fulfillment, and distribution
What We’re Looking For
- 5-7 years of supply chain or operations experience, ideally in consumer hardware, electronics, or a product-based business
- Deep enough product/component knowledge to evaluate lead times and production risk at the part level
- Experience managing overseas manufacturing relationships, ideally including China-based partners
- Proficiency with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system
- Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, just-in-time manufacturing, and logistics, including international shipping and customs
- A natural collaborator who can balance competing priorities, advocating for both sales urgency and warehouse capacity
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Nice to Have
- Mandarin proficiency to communicate directly with manufacturers during check-ins and production updates
- Experience scaling supply chain operations in a startup or high-growth company
- Familiarity with global trade compliance and multi-region distribution
- Background working across US, UK, and APAC markets
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and benefits
- The opportunity to shape supply chain strategy at a growing global company
- A collaborative team that values initiative and ownership
