Colombo 05 – Narahenpita / Nawala Road
Maingate (Private) Limited is a growing company engaged in the import and supply of goods to Sri Lanka. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Supply Chain Executive to manage and support our end-to-end supply chain and inventory operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the entire supply chain process from import to local distribution
- Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and warehouse coordination
- Handle import documentation, supplier coordination, and shipment tracking
- Maintain accurate records using accounting / ERP systems
- Monitor stock movements, reorder levels, and cost efficiency
- Coordinate with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth supply flow
- Prepare basic reports related to inventory, imports, and supply chain performance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business
- Experience or knowledge in QB, SAP, Oracle, or Busy
- Understanding of import & inventory processes
- Fresh graduates with relevant system knowledge are encouraged to apply
