✈️ Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily ground handling operations to ensure safety, service quality, and on-time performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop operational teams while ensuring compliance with company procedures and airline requirements.
- Coordinate with airlines, airport authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor operational performance, resolve issues proactively, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with Safety, Security, and operational standards.
🎯 Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in ground handling operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or in an equivalent leadership role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Turnaround Coordinator and/or Ground Dispatcher.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Passenger Services operations.
- Experience using the Altea DCS system.
- Good knowledge of Load Control procedures and airport operations.
- Completion of all mandatory Ground Handling training courses, particularly Safety and Security.
- Fluency in English, French, and Arabic is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and lead by example.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
