We're hiring a Sourcing, Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the full cycle from supplier sourcing and purchase order through to final delivery.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate international air, sea, and land shipments
- Prepare shipping and customs documents (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, COO, HS Codes, SDS)
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and suppliers
- Request, compare, and negotiate freight quotations
- Track shipments and keep customers and internal teams updated
- Support supplier sourcing, price comparison, and procurement activities
What you bring:
- 2–5 years in logistics, freight forwarding, or international shipping — UAE experience required
- Valid UAE driving license (required)
- Solid knowledge of import/export and customs procedures
- Strong English communication skills (Arabic a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Dangerous goods experience (IATA/IMDG) is an advantage
