Are you a Site Manager with a Civil Engineering background and a sharp eye for quality finishes? Do you thrive in complex environments where internal fit-out meets technical precision?
We’re looking for someone to lead the internal civil packages on a major data centre project in Gevla. From walls and doors to final snagging, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring top-notch delivery on every detail.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating internal fit-out works: partitions, ceilings, doors, finishes, and joinery
- Monitoring subcontractor performance and programme progress
- Conducting regular site inspections and enforcing quality standards
- Driving daily and weekly progress to hit project milestones
- Interfacing closely with M&E teams and wider site stakeholders
- Ensuring safety, sustainability, and high standards are met across the board
What you bring:
- Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- 7–10 years in large-scale construction, ideally on data centres or high-tech infrastructure
- Strong experience in internal fit-out and architectural detailing
- A proactive mindset and great communication skills
- English fluency (bonus points for Swedish or another Nordic language)
