We are looking for a shipping document specialist to process express shipping documents. The ideal candidate will be preparing outgoing shipments efficiently with a keen eye for detail. You will report to a team leader. Understanding shipping logistics is compulsory. The warehouse will rely on your accurate shipping documents to pick and pack goods.
Responsibilities
Fulfill single and combined product orders
Create shipping/freight labels via FedEx/UPS/DHL and plan logistics to ensure packages leaving on time
Prepare shipping documents like pick list, packing slip, and invoices
Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers
Sort, organize and file paperwork after finishing shipping jobs
Troubleshoots shipping issues and solve them
Skills
Proven experience as a data entry specialist
Experience of FedEx/UPS/DHL Express shipping is a big plus
Strong computer skills (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Great attention to detail
High school degree or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
