A direct manufacturer and wholesaler of diamonds to retail jewelers. Specializing in loose white and fancy colored diamonds in a wide array of cuts, shapes, and sizes.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare all outgoing shipments and assist with receipt of incoming shipments
- Examine shipment contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy
- Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
- Organize and maintain stockroom
- Pick up and drop off parcels locally
- Scan documents (memos , rtvs ‘s etc)
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Entry level experience

- Computer knowledge
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
