Overview:
Our Commercial Support department is looking for an Export Operations Coordinator.
This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv, with the option of working from home one day a week.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all export/shipping activities to RAD’s customers worldwide
- Work closely with freight forwarders & customs authorities (including negotiating prices & controlling invoices)
- Issue invoices & other export documentation
- Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Correspond & coordinate shipping with local and global customers (via phone and email)
- Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Academic Degree
- Previous logistics, import/export experience – a must
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) – a must
- Additional languages – an advantage
- Service oriented with great interpersonal skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to complete and follow-through on assignments in a timely manner
- Team player & self- motivated
- Ability to work under pressure
