What you’ll do
- Monitor and track shipments through shipping system and proactively address delays.
- Support Coordinators with Booking Reference Number (BRN) updates, shipping system concerns, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare operational reports, KPIs, Requested Delivery Date (RDD) %, Actual vs. Notice of Award (NOA) Hit Rate, and other ad hoc reports.
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Analyze shipping data and recommend process and cost improvements.
- Support shipping system enhancements, automation, and data integrity.
- Assist in international shipping project scoping and implementation.
- Train users on shipping systems and coordinate with IT, Finance, Shipping Lines, and Freight Forwarders.
- Validate and monitor incidental charges with the Finance team.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI experience is an advantage.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.
