Driver Manager
Duties:
– Manage a team of drivers to ensure timely and efficient transportation operations
– Coordinate dispatching activities and freight shipments
– Utilize McLeod Software (preferred but not required)
– Oversee shipping and receiving processes
– Implement transportation management strategies
– Maintain communication with drivers and provide guidance on routes and schedules
– Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Experience:
– Proven experience in dispatching and transportation planning (min. 1 yr. exp.)
– Knowledge of industry best practices in freight management and DOT Regulations
– Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Excellent communication skills to interact with drivers, clients, and team members effectively

Pay: $750.00 – $850.00 per week
