- Forwarder online booking /buyer software update with communicate with merchandising/buying house/ Shipping line.
- Prepare Shipping documents.
- Coordinate with C&F/transport agent for customs document handover.
- Checking & controlling commercial invoice, packing list & other related documents for exporting of goods.
- Proper LC & UD follow-up to carry on the shipment in the right time.
- Ensure the delivery of the goods in time by strong follow-up from supply to factory for smooth production.
- Handle all other commercial affairs.
- Perform all kinds of commercial documents including bank related LC, BL, Subsidy, and GSP.
- Perform any other jobs assigned by the section & management.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-7 years
- Education:
- Skills: freight forwarding, shipment coordination, back office operations, import logistics, ship management, front office support, export management, international logistics, customs documentation
