If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for logistics, this opportunity is perfect for you to contribute to our growing organization.ResponsibilitiesManage the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming shipments using warehouse management systems and RF scannersPrepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and verifying orders with precisionOperate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload freight safely and efficientlyMaintain accurate inventory records through data entry into inventory management software and ERP systems such as Shipstation and Zoey.Coordinate with carriers and freight providers to schedule pickups and deliveries while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standardsConduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits to ensure accuracy within warehouse distribution operationsSupport packaging processes for e-commerce and retail store orders, ensuring products are securely prepared for shipment while adhering to quality standardsRequirementsProven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or logistics roles with familiarity in inventory management software and warehouse management systemsAbility to operate forklifts (certification preferred), reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safelyStrong organizational skills with attention to detail for order picking, packing, and data entry tasksBasic math skills for measuring, counting, and verifying shipments accuratelyExcellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with internal teams and external carriersKnowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance procedures is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word for reporting purposesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards and quality controlJoin us as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist where your dedication will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service.
