Our Madison dispatch location needs seasonal heavy equipment operators and plow/salt truck drivers to join our Snow & Ice Removal Teams.
Do you work a seasonal job? Are you looking for winter employment, extra income, or a sense of purpose? Join our professional snow and ice management team! We are seeking on-call seasonal staff to assist in our winter snow/ice removal operations from November through April. With excellent performance and reliability, you can get ahead with a potential spring job offer on our landscape maintenance or construction teams.
Equipment is provided – Hourly pay rate is based on your experience:
Heavy Equipment Operators (Skid steers and Wheel-Loaders):
Premium pay $25 – $35+ per hour
Plow/Salt Truck Drivers:
Premium pay $22 – $33+ per hour – Valid Driver’s License and responsible driving record required; must have at least two years’ experience driving a snow plow for business and residential properties.
Candidates must possess reliable transportation, a reliable phone (so that we can contact you!), a willing attitude, the ability to work in cold temperatures, and lift up to 50 pounds. You must be at least 18 years old.
