Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sale & Operations professional to lead market development in Thailand and expand regional business across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, developing new cargo opportunities, and driving commercial growth across the logistics and maritime sector.
Key Responsibilities
60% Sales & Business Development
- Lead sales and business development activities in Thailand.
- Build and maintain relationships with shippers, freight forwarders, NVOCCs, and logistics partners.
- Develop new leads and cargo opportunities across CIF & FOB flows.
- Identify and secure new business volumes across Southeast Asia.
- Analyze market data, sales pipelines, and industry trends to identify opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, business meetings, and networking activities.
40% Operations & Commercial Coordination
- Coordinate with regional teams to support cargo execution and commercial activities.
- Follow up on customer requirements and ensure smooth coordination throughout the shipment process.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Support logistics and infrastructure projects related to regional expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of SEA container trade, CIF/FOB, and port operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with regional teams.
- Additional language is plus
