About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator who wants to help bring our sales team to the next level! This role requires strong organization skills, loves data analysis, and wants to roll up their sleeves and develop their sales muscles. This person will own communication cross functionally, help support local events, and set the stage for sales growth across all channels. This role will also play a vital role in building our Faire and Shopify B2B Business across North America.

What You’ll Do

Sales Support

  • Develop and report on distributor trade spend
  • B2B tabletop tradeshow management 8-12x shows/year
  • Manage sales samples and budget for the organization
  • Own paperwork and submissions for new partner onboarding
  • Be a key point of contact for new item development – clip strips, displays, kits, etc.

Develop Efficiencies

  • All compliance + coordination of product/freight + reverse logistics
  • Be the funnel between operations and sales
  • Manage Dispute Resolutions for distributors in Canada and the USA

Sales Management

  • Faire Storefront management with sales team including promotions
  • B2B Wholesale Inbox Management + Customer Outreach
  • Distributor Inventory Management and analysis

Field Support:

  • 4 road days per month in your home region (~400 doors per year)
  • Events – Indigo Roadshows, Metro Conference, Store Takeovers for Summer, CHFA East, and more
  • Occasional weekend or evening events for Blume

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales analysis or coordinator type role (ideally in CPG)
  • NetSuite (or similar ERP Software) experience
  • Shopify experience (order processing, managing discounts, etc)   
  • Faire experience (order processing, shipment updates, etc) 
  • Knowledge of Major Vendors & Distributors (ex. Loblaw, Walmart, Costco, KeHE, UNFI) 
  • Freight + fulfillment experience
  • Google Suite & Microsoft Suite (Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Desire to learn and grow in the sales organization
