We’re known for our great selection, friendly service, and a one-stop shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.
We’re seeking an outgoing and reliable Sales Associate to help create memorable shopping experiences for our customers and keep our store running smoothly.
This is a 32- hour position and currently offers all four day shifts, which is unusual. Weekends are required. We would like someone who can pick up an extra day if needed.

What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and help them find the perfect products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by learning about and sharing product knowledge, especially regarding Native American crafts. No prior knowledge is necessary; we provide some training and literature.
- Operate the cash register accurately (note: no POS system is used).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store.
- Help unpack and organize freight shipments as needed.
- Strive to meet sales bonus targets while creating a welcoming shopping environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Retail or customer service experience is preferred, but we’ll train the right person.
- Outgoing, reliable, and self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic who can work well with others.
- Flexible availability, able to work some evenings if needed. Weekends are required. Someone who can also float and pick up extra days as needed.
- Able to stand, bend, and lift during 8-hour shifts
- Previous experience with Native American crafts and culture is a plus, but is not required.
