Purchasing Assistant – Footwear Wholesaler (Bi-Lingual in Chinese) Jobs in City of Industry, CA at Legend Footwear Inc
Legend Footwear has over 25 years of history in importing and distributing modern women’s fashion footwear. Our major wholesale customers include Fashion Nova, Forever 21, DD Discounts, Windsor Fashion, Burlington Coat Factory, Ross, and many more!
We are seeking an additional staff in our purchasing/production department.
Job Duties:
- Work closely with the sales team on shoe specifications required by customers
- Communicate with factories in China to ensure delivery deadlines can be met
- Place purchase orders with factories in China
- Follow up on production status
- Monitor freight forwarders to ensures timely delivery
Requirements:
- Highly organized, patient, and detail oriented.
- Intermediate and above level of excel skill
- Ability to speak, read, and write Chinese in order to communicate with the factories in China.
